Consumable Stock

Quantity-based stock (pads, gel, cables, and other products that aren't tracked individually by serial number). Booked in the same way as devices, but tracked as a running quantity rather than one row per unit.

You can view, preview, and print documents here. Uploading and deleting are admin-only.

Signed Agreements

Signed documents recording money or devices owed between the business and a client (e.g. device custody, IOUs, debt acknowledgements). These are printed, signed by hand, then scanned/photographed and uploaded here as a permanent record.

Admin only. Profit is calculated from paid invoices minus each sold device's cost price, minus logged expenses, for the selected period.

Activity Log

Admin only. Every change made anywhere in the system, plus logins, logouts, and views/downloads of signed agreements, in one place. This log cannot be edited or deleted by anyone.
